Well, the house went on the market at Easter. It is now mid June - ho hum! Had some viewers who all love the house but haven't been in a position to put in an offer, except for one couple who put in an offer. They had just arrived back in the country!! were in rented and there would therefore be no chain but they decided to put in an offer on a house down the road at the same time, we both agreed to their offer but they then decided, after five days, to go with the other one - sods.
Have now lowered the price, bit more than we wanted but my brain wasn't on that day - so what's new? and we made it lower than we should. Have still not had many round so will keep trying - trying what I don't know!
